How does the MFT Dev file service work?
You create a request from your garage account: number plate, ECU read and services. An MFT Dev engineer writes a custom file and sends it back encoded for your tool. You follow every step live.
How long does it take to get a file?
Usually a few minutes during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday. The status and the engineer in charge are shown live in your account.
Which reading tools are supported?
Alientech KESS3, K-TAG and KESSv2 and Autotuner, master or slave, with automatic decoding and encoding. Around forty other tools are accepted as master reads.
How much does a remap cost?
Each service has a price in credits, shown before you send. Credits are bought by card from your account. Examples: Stage 1 car €70, Stage 1 truck €105.
What if the file is not right?
Request a revision from the request page, free during the after-sales period: the engineer picks the job back up with the full history. Back to stock is always possible.
How am I notified?
By email and, if you turn it on, by Telegram. You can reply to the workshop straight from Telegram and your message is added to the request.
Is sign-up free?
Yes. Sign-up is free with no commitment. Your account is activated by our team, then you only pay for the files you order.
